  I've lived on the Broadneck Peninsula for the better part of 30+ years and have never been too Deep Creek to eat. My girlfriend and I decided to come here for dinner on a Sunday evening at around 6 pm. We were seated right away; the dining area was at about half capacity at this point.
  
  Deep Creek has quite the menu selection! We had a difficult time making a choice...so much of the menu looked so good. We did get the calamari appetizer, which was very good. The fried coating wasn't too thick, very nice and light. The sweet chili sauce (I think?) that it comes with is good too...a departure from the marinara you usually see with this dish.
  
  Entrees...she ordered some Maryland Crab soup and the crabcake platter (just one crabcake...the single platter isn't listed on the menu; just a 2-cake platter) and I got the Jambalaya. Everything was delicious though I thought the crabcake could've used more crabmeat.
  
  The atmosphere was nice...relaxing, not loud, and kind of cozy.
  
  Overall, a great first experience at Deep Creek Restaurant.

  Fantastic little hideaway! Great service. ....Crab items are perfect.
  We tried the Point and left half way through the meal......mussels and clams were like rubber stamps.
  And can you imagine. ....... they don't serve Bacardi. ...... I've ordered it in China! !
  Deep Creek will be our go-to.

  Unfounately the food has gone downhill quite a bit. Used to be a nice local place to go. Piers, docking are also all taking a downward slop. Sad to see.
